After much trial and error, focusing on the temperature, we were able to create our proud low-temperature cooked tongue.Because we purchase the whole pork tongue, you can enjoy the different textures from the tip to the base of the tongue.The more you chew, the more the delicious flavor of the tongue spreads in your mouth! We recommend dipping it in salted sesame oil! We also have wasabi soy sauce available.
"Grilled tuna belly skewers" are grilled to medium rare and served! Cheek and head meat are also available. For connoisseurs, we recommend eating them raw!
